I remember the first time I saw this stuff was in Lift Coffee Shop on Broad Street. The bottles, all lined up nicely had a small hand-made tag taped to the molding reading ” Coke from Mexico, Real Cane Sugar”. I bought one and it made as smooth as Antonio Banderas. This stuff now has a huge following. There is a NY Times article on the stuff as well as a Facebook group with almost 11,000 fans. It’s all over Richmond now, in places like Lift, Strawberry St. Market, Shields Market, and more. Drink up.
