I just recently learned that one of my favorite male designers, the dashing Tom Ford, has tried his hand at Directing. The film is called A Single Man, a story that centers on an English professor who, after the sudden death of his partner tries to go about his typical day in Los Angeles. Beyond that I don’t know much about it, which makes me want to see it even more. Whats easy to see is the vivid cinemetography that is fashionably vintage and timeless, creating a beautiful imagery in the least. To top it off it was nominated for three Golden Globes. Get it Tom!
