I always have my sketchbook on me. Well, I try really hard to at least. One weekend I was glad I brought it along was the weekend we had our Autumn/ Winter shoot for our upcoming catalog and recently released video. There was no down time, but any time I had to stand still I would try and capture what I could in my sketchbook. I never thought I would be sharing it here, for it usually serves only as a utilitarian purpose of keeping my eyes, hands and mind fresh. At the first location I was drawing in a moleskine sketchbook, but the paper is just so…weird. I spotted some MUCU sketchbooks that we carry and gave them a shot. The paper had a newsprint feel and now are my new favorite sketchbooks, handmade and untreated; just my style. Maybe I’ll share the entire sketchbook once I finish it?
