It’s no secret that we’re devoted admirers of Scandinavian fashion, and we love to bring in lines from the Nordic such as SNS Herning, Soulland, Mismo, and Kokoon- and even more are arriving soon. At this year’s Dansk Fashion Awards, held in Copenhagen at Grenaabuchard, designer Silas Adler of Soulland wins the coveted Designer of the Year award.
Adler, born in 1985, is an incredibly young designer to have received such prestige. Founded in 2002, Soulland’s design aesthetic is rooted in traditional Scandinavian craftsmanship and through great attention to the detailing of the clothes, classic menswear is re-interpreted with a present-day aesthetic.
