Sad Girls

Rachel/November 09, 2012

Sad Girls is a zine featuring work by girls who make things and have lots of feelings. Contributors include rad Brooklyn-based girl artists Tuesday Bassen, Kaye Blegvad, Yelena Bryksenkova, Delaney Gonzales, Leah Goren, Grace Lee, Rachel Levit, and Dasha Tolstikova. The zine is printed in an edition of 200, as 26 colorful pages of illustrations, poetry and photographs, including imagery of friendship, heartbreak and loneliness, thoughts on karma and a boy named John. We have lots of feelings too, and we’re way into Sad Girls. Pick up Issue 1 here.
