Staff Picks: Will

Rachel/November 27, 2012

Will Godwin is our staff photographer, a graphic designer, and just about everyone’s hands down favorite person here at Need Supply Co. He will treat the gals to coffee, send you a video of Steven Seagal doing karate if you’re having a rough day, and be the very first and the very last person on the dance floor at just about any occasion. But besides being just an all-around good dude, Will is a super talented photographer, designer, illustrator, musician, coffee-brewer, and sometimes model (you may recognize him from our spring campaign) that’s almost never seen without his camera, a sketchbook, and coffee mug. We got him to slow down for a minute and tell us about all of his favorite things.

What are the last three songs your downloaded?

Will: Recently, everything by Thee oh Sees, The Soil and The Sun, and Junior Kimbrough. Downloaded legally too.

What are your favorite fall activities?

Will: Drinking coffee and drawing on my back porch real early in the morning, eating donuts while jogging, smelling air, making cool stuff for friends, smelling girls hair.

What’s on your favorite sandwich?

Will: My mom’s PB&J.

Describe yourself in just a few words:

Will: Scary looking, soft, hairy, unpredictable, kinda nice.

What are your favorites for fall?

Will:

S.N.S. Herning Stark: I like to wear this when I take my Paddle Boat out in a real bad storm.

Rogue Territory Drake Camo Work Shirt: Awesome pattern, amazing cut. I like to rock it as an overshirt.

Anonymous Ism Slub Crew in Blue: I have one pair in red, and they are amazing. I would love to wear these while snuggling up with my imaginary girlfriend.

Norse Projects Aros Heavy Chino in Forrest: I feel almost invincible when I wear these. I even asked a girl on a date while wearing these and made her a potted cactus and… I was not in fact invincible or cool, but, you get the point.

Wolverine 1000 Mile Boot: I’ve had these for a year and I’m looking forward to many more. Handmade in the USA, these bad boys take over 200 steps to make.

Cause and Effect Single Line Belt with Copper: Billy makes the best belts.

Thanks Will!
